Wordcloud.art provides online tools for creating visual representations of text data.

• Generate word clouds from text or weighted word lists.
• Customize colors, fonts, layouts, shapes, and supported animation effects.
• Process text and extract useful words or phrases.
• Download or export generated results in supported formats.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Service and the content that you submit.

• Provide accurate and lawful information.
• Do not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Respect applicable laws, intellectual property, privacy, and the rights of others.
• Do not upload malicious, harmful, or abusive content.

4. Your Content and Intellectual Property

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Wordcloud.art operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice when required. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
